We operate e-bookstores, including “BookLive!”, offering a rich reading experience with the strongest lineup in Japan. In order to meet various needs of users, we provide a wide range of services, including suggestions on works through our proprietary recommendation engine and coupon functions offering savings.

Planning and creating original works that meet the trends and needs of readers
We create and distribute original comic works of all genres as a publisher in order to create works that delight many readers. We plan and produce highly entertaining works from a unique viewpoint by reading the trends and needs of readers from multilateral marketing data to capitalize on them for creation of works.
Rights business
Expanding the potential of works through video adaptation, sales of related goods and overseas expansion capitalizing on intellectual properties
We have developed the business in a multilateral manner by making use of the BookLive Group’s intellectual properties. We have expanded new potential of works by adapting those of our Group into anime and dramas, selling related goods, expanding both electronic and printed versions of books in overseas markets, and pursuing collaboration on intellectual properties with other companies.

Creating new contact points between creators and fans as well as new potential
We support the creative activities of creators and interactions between creators and fans through “Xfolio”, the comprehensive platform service for creators. We will promote the establishment of environment where creators’ activities are conducted more energetically and sustainably and many talents can get a chance to enter the spotlight.

We provide new value in alliance with various companies. We are aiming to contribute to the attractiveness and new value of works through linkage between digital and printed versions of books at physical stores.
